To address those challenges, we work closely with clients across the country to help them develop transformative housing policies and laws to meet their communities’ housing needs and their long-term policy objectives.
We also help Indigenous communities to create strategic plans that outline their long-term housing needs in a way which provides for all members and supports growth and prosperity.

- developing and implementing laws relating to housing, including matrimonial property laws under Land Codes and under the Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act

- advising on the impacts of new housing laws and Housing Commissions and Authorities on existing laws
- supporting the restructuring of housing departments
